2024 Bi-weekly pay dates (PDF)
Employees who are part of the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE), Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU), and those who are classified as casual, are paid on the bi-weekly pay cycle.
2024 Monthly pay dates (PDF)
Faculty (regular and definite term), staff (regular and temporary), co-op students, and graduate students are paid on a monthly basis.

Casual employees: Important Information
For those employees working on an hourly basis, please remember to submit your working hours to your manager or enter your working hours into Workday (depending on the process for your area). Hours should be submitted after completion of the work has occurred.
Delays in payment will occur if the time entry for payroll processing is not up-to-date and complete.
