On campus presence
Full-time graduate students are expected to be geographically available and visit the campus regularly. These graduate students may be absent from the University provided that, if any such period of absence exceeds four weeks in any one term, it has the approval of the Supervisor, the Department Graduate Officer, and the Math Associate Dean for Graduate Studies.
