Congratulations to Centre for Advanced Materials Joining members Ali Nasiri, Professor Norman Zhou, and Professor David Weckman for winning 1st place in the “Poster Competition of the Graduate Student Level” in the 92nd FABTECH International and American Welding Society Welding Show hosted in McCormick Place, Chicago, Illinois from November 14-17, 2011. Their 1st place poster was entitled "Diode Laser Brazing of AZ31B to Steel Sheet Using a Ni Interlayer (PDF)"
