Hello fellow Waterloo Alumni!
I moved to North Bay, Ontario in April 2020 when I accepted a Community Affairs position with TC Energy (formerly TransCanada Pipelines Ltd). Before that – I earned a BA ('03) and MA ('05) in Political Science at uWaterloo and for about 15 years worked in government and the private sector around the issues of Indigenous economic reconciliation, mining, and energy. My professional background is in Public Affairs which ties in nicely with my passion to help others achieve their true potential. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, cooking, and volunteering.
As a Global Ambassador, I hope to get to know as many alumni in Northern Ontario and to connect them to one another. For my work, I do have the ability and privilege to travel to many parts of the north and I look forward to meeting many of you face to face.
If you’re an alumnus, or a student, new to North Bay, Sudbury, Timmins, Thunder Bay, Kenora, or points in-between – please feel free to contact me. I’m excited to get to know you better!
