The apartments can be rented as 2, 3, or 4-bedroom apartments.

Monthly Rate Notes

Group Rates
Please note that group rates are available upon request. Please complete the conference request form to receive a quote.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that we require a 48-hour cancellation notice prior to your check-in day to receive a 90% refund on your payment. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after that time or for no-shows. The University reserves the right to terminate your stay, reassign rooms, and to put into effect other steps for the safety, security, and conduct of Summer Accommodations guests.
