Location
From the parking lot, take the walkway on the left up to the building and go through our main entrance double doors. Student and Guest Services is located directly opposite the doors.
From the University of Waterloo’s main campus, follow the walkway between our Green Wing and the Graduate building and enter through the double doors to your left. Once inside, turn left and go through the door entering our eatery, walk through our eatery and take the stairs up to our main administrative hallway and turn left. Student & Guest Services is located on your right at the end of the hall.
Hours
Student & Guest Services is normally open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pmbut does close on statutory holidays and during building shutdowns (ie. Christmas holidays).

- Fridge rental (for undergraduate dormitory residents) - $45 per term or $80 for two terms
- Vacuum rental
- Bike registration for graduate building tenants
