Edler Dr. Rev. Grafton Antone (1942-2023)

Grafton, Wolf Clan, is from Oneida of the Thames First Nations. He and his wife Eileen Antone have been a huge part of the United College community and the Waterloo Indigenous Student Centre for over ten years. Grafton has generously touched the lives of so many Indigenous students as a visiting Elder and member of the Indigenous Advisory Circle (renamed Indigenous Education Council). His commitment to his community is far reaching, as folks from London to Toronto all mourn the loss this beautiful knowledge keeper. Grafton and Eileen were named Friends of the College at the 2023 Stanely Knowles Dinner for United College.
